Can I return my vehicle for a refund?

No — like nearly every dealership, completed vehicle purchases at New Image Auto Sales are final, and Ohio law does not provide a cooling-off period for vehicle sales. What we offer instead is something most dealers don't: a voluntary 3-Day Vehicle Exchange Guarantee. If the vehicle isn't the right fit, you can exchange it for another vehicle in our inventory within 3 days or 300 miles.

Is this a refund?

No. The 3-Day Exchange Guarantee is an exchange program, not a refund program. You trade the vehicle you purchased for another vehicle currently in stock at New Image Auto Sales. No money is refunded; instead, your purchase moves to the replacement vehicle.

How much is the exchange fee?

A flat $1,000 reconditioning fee applies to every exchange, plus any price difference between your original vehicle and the replacement. There are no other program fees.

Why is there a reconditioning fee?

Once a vehicle has been titled and driven, it can't simply go back on the lot. It must be re-inspected, reconditioned, re-titled, and re-marketed as a used unit again. The $1,000 fee covers a portion of that real cost — it's what makes it possible for us to offer an exchange program at all while keeping our no-haggle prices honest for every customer.

Can I exchange for a more expensive vehicle?

Yes. You can upgrade to any vehicle currently in stock as long as your financing is approved for the replacement vehicle first. You pay the price difference plus the $1,000 reconditioning fee.

Can I exchange for a less expensive vehicle?

Yes. You can move to a lower-priced in-stock vehicle if your financing allows it. Any adjustment for the price difference is handled through your new financing terms — not as a cash refund — and the $1,000 reconditioning fee still applies.

Do I need another financing approval?

Yes. Before any exchange is authorized, you must be approved for financing on the replacement vehicle. Our finance team handles this the same way we handled your original approval — usually within the same visit.

Can I exchange twice?

No. The guarantee covers one exchange per purchase. Once you've exchanged into your replacement vehicle, that purchase is final.

What if I drive more than 300 miles?

The guarantee ends at 3 calendar days or 300 miles, whichever comes first. At 301 miles the vehicle is no longer eligible for exchange, even if you're still within the 3 days — so if you're having second thoughts, call us right away at (330) 440-7175.

What if I wait longer than 3 days?

After the third calendar day from delivery, the vehicle is no longer eligible for exchange, even if it's under 300 miles. The window is firm — it's what lets us stand behind the program for every customer. If something feels wrong, don't wait: call us on day one.
