Vehicle purchases: completed vehicle purchases are final. New Image Auto Sales does not provide refunds on completed vehicle purchases except where required by law. Qualifying retail purchases are eligible for our voluntary 3-Day Vehicle Exchange Guarantee: exchange for another in-stock vehicle within 3 calendar days or 300 miles (whichever comes first), subject to financing approval on the replacement vehicle, a $1,000 reconditioning fee, vehicle condition requirements, and one exchange per purchase.
Parts and accessories: returnable within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt when new, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Special-order and electrical parts are final sale. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective products: defective parts and accessories are handled under the manufacturer's warranty as an exchange or replacement. Vehicle concerns are handled by our service department under any applicable warranty or service contract — they are not returns.
The 3-Day Vehicle Exchange Guarantee is a voluntary dealership program, not a statutory consumer right. Ohio law does not provide a cooling-off period for vehicle purchases. Nothing in this policy limits any written warranty, service contract, or rights you may have under applicable law.
